Property Description
Come stay at our newly renovated single-story home! This spacious property features four California king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, along with four full bathrooms. Two of the cal-king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms share two hallway bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with seating for four. The open-concept dining room and step-down family room offer great space for entertaining. Additionally, the home includes a Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as smart 55+ TVs in all rooms. Outside, you'll find a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a scored concrete deck. There's also a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area with a grill and sink.<br />

Please take note of the following details:<br />
- We provide a pack 'n play, a regular stroller, a double stroller, and a highchair with a booster seat for infants and toddlers.<br />
- The family room is equipped with a 75" TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet.<br />
- The home has central heating and air conditioning.<br />
- The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.<br />
- Additionally, we have a game room with a full-size pool table and ping pong table. <br />

This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).<br />

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:<br />
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.<br />
