Property Description

This stunning pool house is perfect for three different families. Three master suites - two with cal kings with ensuites and one with a King bed. Two children's rooms, each with full over-full bunkbeds and two living areas.

Open-concept kitchen with dining room and living area. The Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, and a microwave. The dining room has a capacity of ten plus four additional people at the marble counter. The home has upgraded carpeting throughout, including two master suites. It also has custom wood laminate flooring.

The master bedroom and two bedrooms for the children share a shared hallway. There are also three bathrooms that have been upgraded. All bathrooms are covered in marble or travertine. Raised panel cabinetry and travertine/marble countertops, as well as custom-patterned travertine/marble bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with 43" plasma televisions. Each living room is equipped with a 50" TV. The main living room has high-speed Internet.

The game room is located in the garage. Ping-pong, airhockey and billiards are among the games. Infants can use strollers, highchairs, pack n’ plays, and boosters. The rear yard has a beautiful swimming-pool, an outdoor barbecue grill with natural gas, a patio table and chairs, and a patio set.

Disneyland & Disneyland tram is within a short drive. The home has central heating and cooling. Enjoy the Disneyland fireworks in your front or backyard.

This house can sleep 13 people in beds. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANT is 13 (this includes day visitors). These houses are only available for overnight sleep. These houses are not available to host any type of gathering or event. Outdoor security cameras protect the home. There are NO cameras in the house.
