Property Description

Beach Dreamer, a charming 4-bedroom, one-story home in Seacrest, has been newly renovated and features all new dA(c). It is within walking distance to unique eateries, fine dining and unique shops and boutiques. You can take a tram to the beach access point along beautiful 30A. The community pool is second in Florida!

The screened-in porch at the front is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view of the neighborhood. There are additional seating and a gas barbecue out back. The open living space feels cozy thanks to the gas fireplace and plush seating. The complete kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and many tools. The dining table seats 8 people, with additional bars seats on the island.

The king-sized first bedroom has a walk in closet and a private bathroom that includes a large jetted tub, walkin shower, and dual vanity. The second bedroom, a queen, is located just beyond the kitchen. It has a private bath. A kids' bedroom is down the hall. It has a twin-over-full bunk with a pull out trundle. You can also buy a foldout bed.
