Property Description

Casa De La Sirena is a new Seacrest home, nestled between Prominence Beach and Rosemary Beach.

You'll always find something to do in the area, including endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. The 6-seater, Bluetooth-enabled golf cart comes with Bluetooth speakers and can be used to zoom to the community pool. You can also use one of the 3 bikes included to get around the area's shops and restaurants.

The living room is bright and airy and features a large TV and plush seating. There are eight seats in the dining area, along with four additional barstools at the large island/countertop. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances for commercial use.

The first floor houses a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. A guest room, a king, is located on the second floor. It has a full bath and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom, a king size, has a private bathroom with tub/shower combination and a private outdoor shower. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
