Property Description

This is the sound you'll hear when you jump into the large, private pool. Coral Retreat is also close to the beach and Seacrest, which is a true jewel in 30A.

The pool area is a favorite spot out back. The entire area is surrounded with pines and features a large TV, an outdoor bar, propane grill, a half bath, and a heated pool. You may never want to leave the area, especially with the putting green right next to it.

The spacious living space is a highlight of the new home. The living room has been remodeled and the large island in the kitchen features bar seating for 4. The elegant dining table seats 6. The living room has a screened-in porch that is perfect for morning coffee or pastries.

Two guest rooms are located near the entrance, each with a king and TV. A wonderful primary bedroom with king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom is located near the stairs. The bathroom has a dual vanity and a walk in shower.

Upstairs, there is a living space that is ideal for teens or children. A guest bedroom with two twin beds is located down the hall. The second guest room can be used as an office or guest bedroom and has a daybed. Both rooms share a full bath.
