Property Description

Villa Del Lago, a charming lakeside home, is located on the south side 30A in Camp Creek Lake. It has a private pool and is just a few steps from the private beach.

A private dock is located on the backyard path, which can be used to launch kayaks and paddle boards. This is also a great spot for crabbing. There are multiple outdoor areas with direct lake views that make entertaining easy, including a large lakefront porch right off the living room.

The second-floor living/dining room has large windows and a vaulted ceiling. It also features comfortable furniture and a large TV. The gourmet kitchen seats four people, while the large dining area seats six.

A stunning primary bedroom suite with king size bed is just steps away. It features luxurious linens and a custom-tiled bathroom with double vanity. Two additional guest bedrooms, one king, lead to a private deck overlooking the lake with outdoor seating.

Two guest bedrooms are located downstairs and lead to a lakefront deck. The first floor also includes a custom-designed guest bathroom, and a laundry area. Parking is available on the driveway in front. Please note that guests cannot use the garage.

Enjoy 3 bikes included and have fun exploring the vibrant communities Alys, Rosemary, and Seaside. There are plenty of shopping and dining options for everyone.
