30Ashack, a brand-new townhome with three bedrooms, is located north of 30A in Prominence. The new neighborhood features a resort-style pool with private cabanas and outdoor grills. It is also close to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys Beach.

The Hub is a new spot on 30A that offers food, drink, and entertainment. It is right across the street.

The gourmet kitchen features brand-new, high quality appliances and cookware. The spacious living room has a large TV and is charming.
