Our condo is perfectly situated on the 12th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was outfitted with virtually everything that we needed, had phenomenal views, and felt very secure. The building was also nice and clean, and the amenities were fantastic! The only complaint that we had was one that I cannot even call a complaint really - we were there in Sept, and a couple of the nights got quite chilly. This caused the outdoor pool with the slide to be absolutely freezing - so much so that almost no one went in. At that time the indoor pool was also cold, but we believe someone contacted the front desk, because the next day the indoor pool was much warmer and extremely pleasant to be in! If you decide to stay here and the pools are cold, we recommend telling the people at the front desk as they seemed to be very accommodating! We plan to go back to Gulf Shores in the future, and we would absolutely look to stay in this condo again!

We have stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores before so we knew the location and building would be great! Unit 1202 was beautiful! We had never stayed that high up and the view was amazing! The unit was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with the essentials we needed. The balcony furniture was also very nice which is important to us. The only complaints we had was there were no hangers in any is there closets. When packing for a week long stay with small children, hangers are not something else I wish to bring and I hoped they’d be there. The jetted tub also caused some problems. It did not work at first. When we did get it working it shot out black filth all over my daughter. Then the water was shooting out of the tub and caused a small amount of water to be on the floor which also seeped down to the unit below us. Had we been told the tub wasn’t working it would have been a disappointment but we’d get over it. It had to be known it wasn’t working and we should have been told. A drying machine had to be placed in the room for a couple days after this happened.

It was a beautiful place, easy to get to the beach, views from balcony were amazing. The pool was close to the room, was disappointed there wasn’t a lazy River with our condo but that was minor. The condo was easy to walk to the little market too. Great time!

This condo was fantastic! We always vacation with another family, so this 3bd/3ba condo was perfect. Very spacious, clean, well furnished, etc. And the best part...the VIEW!! Great balcony overlooking the ocean and the location of the condo was close proximity to all local establishments, yet just far enough away to provide reprieve from any crowded public beach access points! Would definitely recommend this condo and will be back very soon!

We experienced Hurricane Sally while staying in beautiful unit 1202. The unit, as well as the complex fared well during the storm. We found a couple of personal items that were left in the unit by a previous tenant and would love to reunite them with their owner. I contacted the rental office, but haven’t received a reply pertaining to the items. I left my contact information with Charlotte. I can be contacted by FB messenger-Dana Carlin Hooper. Again, we want desperately to reunite the owner with these special items.

Amazing view. Staff was helpful, our host Michael Roberts was great, our toaster didn’t work he took care of use immediately bringing a new toaster. The property and condo were very clean and beautiful. Many excellent restaurants with great seafood.
We are already booked for next year. Great experience.
