Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 4th floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, keurig coffee maker, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room should you need more room.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The room was clean and over looking the beach. The facility had 4 large elevators and every floor had a shopping cart to push in your groceries to your room which we found ingenious. Brilliant idea!

It was Amazing! Great condo with beautiful open floor plan- lots room! Very nice and clean! The Balcony was Awesome. Parking garage on our floor was Awesome. I cant say enough about our vacay! We cannot wait to return! No complaints from us at all! Beautiful Beach!

The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you need for a extended stay and the ice maker in the wet bar was a added bonus! The views for both sunrise and sunsets are absolutely perfect from the ocean front deck! Just steps from the beach and parking on the same floor are both extremely convenient. The staff at the lobby desk and the security were both friendly and professional. The property manager (Michael) was helpful, friendly and professional during booking, arrival and the stay. The only thing we would recommend updating would be the living room furniture. The pics on VBRO show two small recliners and there is only one and the one in the unit is broke and extremely worn down. The couch and the loveseat also are in need of replacement, not torn or ripped just worn down from daily use. I notified Michael upon our arrival and he stated he would get to the unit after our stay to obtain a list of what furniture needed replaced. I highly recommend staying at this unit and we will definitely return next year!!
