The location and view from the property is amazing! It’s a very spacious place to stay and everything is in close walking/driving distance in the area. When we checked in the front desk staff did not tell us there was code for the fitness center or beach gates so we had to wait till the second day after the desk opens at 9am to get the codes. The dining room table is also a little unstable and could easily be flipped. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great stay in the 1403 unit. It was very clean when we arrived. It is very spacious, great view on balcony, elevators were fast, pools were amazing- the kids really enjoyed that they could touch (3ft in certain spots). The cleaning staff was always smiling when we saw them. The kitchen had 3 coffee pots which looked brand new, great silverware and loved that there was kids plates and cups.
The only cons I have is: some of the ceiling lights didn’t work, there needs to be shades on windows in the 2 smaller bedrooms, we couldn’t figure out the Dishwasher, needs more skillets in unit.
We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

Our rental provided plenty of room for our group of 7. The balcony was large and a beautiful view of the beach. The closet of beach stuff was a nice surprise. The kitchen is stocked with the basics (including 3 coffee pots!) and you can throw together a meal easily. Bring charcoal/lighter fluid if you want to use the grills.
Property was clean and management was very helpful. It was our first time to Gulf Shores and we will be back!

We loved our stay. Very nice and roomy condo. Great amenities. Unfortunately the master bed was uncomfortable. Appears to need better support underneath. The condo needs more bath towels and bedding items. There were extra pillows but no pillow slips to put on them. I had to go buy pillow slips to cover the pillows. The couches definitely need a good cleaning.

This condo is wonderful! I’ve been to the beach too many times to count and I would say this was by far my favorite condo.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful full view of the ocean!!!

I celebrated my birthday with a family and friends and everything was great. We all had a fantastic time as the unit provided all the comforts of home ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Gulf Shores! The facility was extremely clean and surprisingly private. Perfectly located! Only negative thing we can say is that the Sofa's need to be replaced. Other than that - Excellent!!

The check-in process was very easy and the owner great to work with. The condo was very spacious. We loved having so many bathrooms! The beds were so comfortable. I really appreciated the heavy comforters on the beds. The closet with all of the chairs, beach toys, and umbrella was a wonderful surprise! The pools were cold, but it didn’t stop the kids. (Although the hot tubs were their favorite!) The sofas could use replacing and much of the cookware is on its last leg. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The view can’t be beat! We saw dolphins, rays, and turtles from the balcony!

This has probably been the best condo and best experience that we've had - and that's 20 years of vacations and rentals. This unit was HUGE and absolutely beautiful!!! Everything was in amazing condition - I especially loved the kitchen- it was very well stocked (even a Keurig, but that's in the pantry)!! We didn't have any issues with pool bracelets, we had great weather 5/6 days, the entire building was super clean and right on the ocean. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone! So spacious- I couldn't believe it. You will NOT be disappointed

The condo itself was okay. When we arrived there was still trash under the bed and sofa. Several lights needed new bulbs. The Bonus closet was locked and the wifi went in and out the whole week. The ice maker in the wet bar did not work. We have stayed in several condos at this location and were disappointed. The location is great and convenient. The security at the pool was great. They were polite and explained rules to the kids. The kitchen had one drying towel. Elevators were great and didn't have to wait long.

Loved our stay at this residence. It was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

Wifi is very spotty. That's the only thing but otherwise, no complaints.

Have stayed in numerous Phoenix condos. All are great. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

We had a wonderful week at Phoenix Gulf Shores, there was plenty of room for both our kids and their families. It was great having a separate bathroom for each family. We loved the Ocean View.
The only complaint was the couches needed to be cleaned ( we just covered them up for the week with a throw) and there was no broom in the unit to sweep up the daily sand! Thank you for a great week! We would definitely come again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful visit and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The hand painted walls were incredible and we loved the decor and modern feel. The tourism was low due to COVID and hurricane activity which made it much more enjoyable. No lines for dinner. Lol! I will say, however, that the condo was not the cleanest. The closet doors that house the HVAC unit were covered in dust, the shower had mold in the corners and hair was left in the bathroom drawers. The worst was a previous guest had thrown up in a bathroom sink. When we used it to brush our teeth the water rose and the vomit came back up into the sink. All in all, out trip was remarkable and these small problems had no effect on it. We will definitely return to Phoenix #1403!!

Most beautiful clean condo in Gulf Shores

There were 12 of us in this condo yet it was still big enough! Love that it had 3 bathrooms - one for each family that came! Loved the big balcony!! Only complaints: could use new mattresses in the guest rooms, more large size bowls in the kitchen & wish the beach had more space! Loved that there was plenty of cookware to meet our needs!
