Property Description

This property features the following: *Pool - not heated *Quiet neighborhood * Less than 1.5 miles from the beach * Close distance to Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Pharmacies, Groceries, County Parks. * Smart TV * Laundry room * Coffee Station *King beds in all bedroom *BBQ *Outdoor tables Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification, waiver or deposit collection, and DACK application download.   Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the pool is not heated all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

Neighbourhood

The Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea traces its roots to the 1920s. In February 1924, developer William F. Morang, a Boston businessman, purchased and platted the property of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea from Henry S. Moody and John C. Gregory. Several years later, Melvin I. Anglin, a building contractor and real estate investor from Gary, Ind., bought the land with the intention of starting a new beachside community in South Florida. Anglin later became the Town's first Mayor. Elmar Drive along the CoastGlenn Friedt Sr. Speaking at a PodiumOld Pier Lauderdale-By-The-Sea was first incorporated on November 30, 1927, but its charter was revoked by the state in 1933. Fourteen years later, the Town reincorporated on November 30, 1947 with the help of Charter Committee Chairman Glenn Friedt Sr. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea celebrated its 50th anniversary in 1997.

Space

This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. King beds with a large dresser in all bedrooms for your clothes. Full closet with shelves and hangers. Note: No tvs in the two guest bedrooms. In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. The family room has a leather sofa that is a sleeper sofa that can be used to sleep on if needed. Large dining table. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated. There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77. Close by retailers are: Publix, Dunkin Donuts, and Coral Ridge Mall all within 1.9 miles Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Guest access Guest(s) has access to the entire house. ** Other things to note Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. Also, please note that the pool is not heated all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. ** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. **Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
