Las Palmas has a wide range of family-friendly amenities. There are many pools, including some with new water slides. There are also pickleball courts, playgrounds, walking paths, giant chess, shuffleboard, and playgrounds. Your family won't be bored.

There are also many outdoor activities. Close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon to name a couple of points of interest.

Before we begin, here are 3 things that people love about this Las Palmas area - Location - location - location. St George city is not very generous in allowing people rent their space within the city limits. Las Palmas, one of the few complexes in St. George that allow short-term rentals, is located within the city limits. If you are planning activities "in" St George, renting a place in the city will be a great benefit. This will save you time and money by not having to travel from another city.

Las Palmas is home to the best amenities. We have a number of pools, hot tubs and walking/child-riding paths. There is also a lap pool with water slides, as well as a large splashpad. There are also pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and a large Chessboard. Las Palmas is the perfect place to relax, eat, and enjoy a vacation.

Our space is on the top floor with a view to the larger pools and splashpad. This helps with the quiet as you won't hear your neighbors below or to the sides. It is bright, spacious and inviting.

It is the ideal place for an active lifestyle. We began coming to Las Palmas as a family 10 years ago and the amenities there were incredible. So when we got the chance to buy, we jumped at it.

As mentioned above, our unit is located on the third level which means that there are no upstairs neighbors. It is very well-insulated for both heat and cool, as well as noise.

This unit is located on the TOP FLOORING of building 16, located to your right when you drive into Las Palmas. It can accommodate up to 10 guests.

This 3 BEDROOM, 1110 sq/ft LOFTY CONDO features a large patio where you can enjoy watching the sun go down.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything that you would find in a LUXE HOUSE. This includes NEW POT AND PANS, A REGULAR COFFEE MACHINES, 2-SLICE TOASTERS, SLOW COOKERS, LARGE GRIDDS, BASIC COOKING SET, and anything else you can imagine to entertain your guests.

The 3 BEDROOMS are equipped with COMFY beds, new bed sheets, and SUPER COMFY bed spreads. As you can see from the pictures, ALL bedrooms are private.

The living room is equipped with a 65" 4K HDTV that has full internet functionality, including NETFLIX and HULU. It also has AMAZON, YOUTUBE and FILMS-ON-DEMAND. The house also has an ULTRA-SPEED WIRED INTERNET NETWORK.

The master bathroom has a DEEP TUB WITH SHOWER, HAIR DRIER AND CURLING IRENE.

The front bedroom and main bath have an IRON & BOARD. A WASHER & DRYER can be found on the deck in a closet so that you can do your own laundry if you are staying for a long time.

The BACK DECK looks beautiful. Surrounded by PALM TREE & A GREAT View of the amenities. It also features a PATIO set so you can enjoy those long, sunny summer days.

You have access to the POOLS & HOT TUBS as well as the PICKLEBALL COURTS, PLAYGROUNDS, CHESS & SHUFFLE BOARDS and WALKING PATHS. The KEYS are located in the top drawer of the kitchen

The CLUBHOUSE is directly behind our unit (you will notice that the blue fence extends into the clubhouse). You must check in to gain access to the items inside the blue fencing.

You can find playground equipment and other items outside the blue fence without a key.

We LOVE to give our GUESTS SPACE to enjoy their own company. We are ALWAYS AVAILABLE, so please don't hesitate to contact us.

Close to riding trails, hiking trails and other outdoor activities. Las Palmas has a central location for outdoor enthusiasts. You will find endless riding trails just a few blocks west of our location. Mountain bikes, motorcycles, and ATVs are all available. Snow Canyon is also only 10 minutes away.

There is FREE PARKING in front of the building. If it is a busy Saturday, there is also OVERFLOW PARKING just to our north (building 16).

No garage access.

Neighbors: As this rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Please see our pet policy below.

Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
