Our beautiful home is nestled near Silicon Slopes, in Saratoga Springs Utah. This breathtaking property offers breathtaking views over the Wasatch Mountains and Utah Lake, making it a perfect Luxury getaway. You can enjoy a fun day on the slopes at one of over a dozen nearby ski resorts, before returning to your tranquil retreat.

The master bedroom, a luxurious oasis with a large walk in rainfall shower, is the perfect place to relax after a long, hard day. Three other rooms have queen beds and can accommodate up to 10 people. The rooms are connected by a bathroom that is well-equipped, so everyone can have access to the facilities.

The chef's kitch is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need to cook delicious meals for family and friends. The living room is equipped with an 80-inch television, ideal for watching your favorite sport or a movie. The loft area features a large television and two comfortable couches for additional entertainment.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains and lake from the hot tub located on the deck. We provide two pack n' play cribs for families with young kids, ensuring that everyone is comfortable.

HOUSE RULES and important notices: The basement apartment is occupied by a friend of the owner, but he does not have access the the rest of the house and will not bother you during your stay.

No garage access.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property.

We don't allow any kind of parties at our home out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes.

Parking: There is street parking and driveway parking available in front of your home.

Pet policy: Due to severe allergies in the family, the homeowners have prohibited any pets from entering or residing at their home.

If you fail to comply with the policies regarding smoking, drugs, noise curfews (which are 10pm) and pets then your security deposit will be forfeited. Additional expenses may also be charged to remove odors and repair any damage to the property which prevents another check-in the same day.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.

The door is locked with a code, so there is no need to interact with the host. You can come and leave as you please. We are happy to answer any questions or requests you may have. We are available at any time via the platform message system or by text.
