Comfort and safety features include air conditioning, heating, a tankless water heater, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher. No smoking is permitted.

Outdoor features include a private gulf-front pool and a screened deck facing the beach with outdoor dining furniture, along with additional deck and outdoor furnishings. Pool heat is optional for an additional fee; the heater may only raise water temperature about 10 degrees above outside temperature and is not guaranteed to work when outside temperatures are at or below 60°F. The property also provides a dune walkover and a fish cleaning area.

Pets are allowed, with maximum quantity/type restrictions and additional fees. Remote check-in/out and keyless entry are provided. Snowbird stays are supported, with monthly winter rates offered during November through February (monthly basis).
