For arrivals and departures, the home supports remote check-in/out with keyless entry.

The floor plan starts at ground level with covered, paved parking, a finished half bath for quick access from the beach, and a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. A foyer and mud room provide a practical transition space for beach gear. An elevator is available for guest convenience, though continuous operation is not guaranteed and it should not be relied on as the only way to move between levels.

On the first living level, the Gulf-front common area combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room, and opens to a furnished deck that stretches across the front of the home. This level also includes a Gulf-front primary bedroom with a king bed, TV/DVD, and a full bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and a shower stall.

The second level includes a laundry room, a full bath, and three additional bedrooms: a bunk/loft bedroom with two double beds plus TV/DVD, a queen bedroom with TV, and a second primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower stall, and double vanities. A Turtle View, sitting gulf front on Cape San Blas, is one of the most luxurious properties on our rental program. This property was just built and professionally decorated with the vacation renter in mind. With fine finishings and décor, there was no stone left unturned. As a special touch, each of the four bedrooms is gulf front and they each have their own entrance onto a gulf front deck. Two of the four bedrooms are luxurious masters with gorgeous master baths. A few of the extras include a community pool just a short walk away, a finished half bath outside under the house for quick access from the beach, a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a mud room and elevator. There are many glass doors and windows throughout this home giving it a bright and open feel. This is truly beach living at its finest. If you have a large crowd, you can also rent the property next door A Turtle Watch.

The house is as close to the beach and gulf as you can get. Every bedroom had access to the gulf front decks and had comfortable beds. We loved having an elevator for our elders. While the kitchen is a bit small and confined, it was well-appointed and had everything one could need. Everyone in our large family group was so pleased with everything about A Turtle View, and we hope to come back!

We have stayed in A Turtle View many times over the years. We love everything about the house and location. The only thing that would make the stay any better would be handrails going down the walkway steps to beach. As we get older our balance is not what it used to be!!

We enjoyed our week at A Turtle View. It was right on the beach which made it so easy to go back and forth with kids. Also, didn't have to load up a beach wagon and drag it forever. We just carried our items it was so close. The house was very large and plenty of space for 3 families to spread out. We will be back!
