With custom finishings and beautiful decor, this is a premier property with everything available to make you want to come back year after year. This home has it all both inside and out; come and experience for yourself.

Floor Plan: Ground level-enclosed garage and covered patio with outside dining. 1st level-Bedroom 1-gulf front bedroom with king bed, large flat screen TV, DVD, balcony and full bath with double vanities, tub and walk-in shower; and Bedroom 2-queen bed, flat screen TV, roadside deck and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo. 2nd level-kitchen, gulf front living area with large flat screen TV, DVD, balcony, laundry room, dining area, full bath with shower and Bedroom 3-2 bunk sets, flat screen TV and roadside balcony.

This is our second visit to CSB. The home is beautiful and directly on the beach. This week was windy and this caused the water to be murky. We had 3 days of red flags so no swimming. Unfortunately, the house doesn’t have a pool so our back up plan was Rish community center just down the street. The only other thing I’ll say is if you have someone in your group who is mobility challenged, this house would not be a good fit. There are a LOT of stairs. It is 3 stories and kitchen/living area are at the top. You have to carry luggage and groceries up all of those steps.

This is a beautiful nicely decorated beach front home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This home is extremely well-maintained, you can tell the owner pays attention to detail. We stayed for for the month of February and had not one issue with the property. Definitely a top tier property.
