Floor Plan: Ground level – Lots of covered, paved area under the house with outdoor shower and foyer with elevator access only.  1st level – open kitchen with large laundry/utility room; gulf front dining area with plenty of space to seat 12; sitting area, gulf front living room with plenty of comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, several bookshelves filled with books and full bath that connects to Bedroom 1 – Quuen bed.   There is also a large gulf front deck that can be accessed from the living area that extends out onto an open sundeck.  The 2nd floor can be accessed by a flight of stairs only as the elevator only goes to the 1st floor.  2nd level – Bedroom 2 – 2 twins, 1 double bed and full bath with shower/tub combo; sitting area, Bedroom 3 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed, lots of seating and full bath with shower/tub combo and balcony; Bedroom 4 - 2 twin bunk sets and 1 double bed, TV, DVD, a full bath with shower only and an entrance to roadside balcony; and Bedroom 5 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV/DVD, furnished balcony and full bath with shower/tub combo.  Important Note: the elevator at the property only operates from the Ground Level to the 1st Floor, access to the 2nd floor is by stairs only.
