Kihei Akahi has a great location as it is just a short walk to Kamaole Beach II and it is moderately priced. Each unit has a private lanai, washer and dryer, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. It also has Cable TV and high speed internet service. Walk across the street from your Kihei Akahi condominium to the white sands of Kamaole II at this premier vacation community. Kihei Akahi offers 240 units perfectly suited for vacation rental programs, all of which have access to luxury amenities including two pools, barbecue areas and tennis courts. Guests can explore nearby shops, restaurants and local businesses within walking distance in the heart of Kihei, or venture to the resort areas of Wailea and Makena for championship golf courses and fine dining. There is a 7 night minimum and check in is Sat to Sat . There is a $200.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental.  Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.. 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights): 
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. 
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. 
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date. 
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights): 
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. 
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
