Welcome to our Island Home!
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this beautiful multi-floor townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and multiple private balconies – each one with great patio furniture. With a private elevator and two car under-unit garage, you will have all of the privacy you desire.
Demere Landing #127 has everything you need for an island getaway!
The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and everything you could possibly need for preparing in-home dinners during your stay. The spacious living room features a 48" high-definition Smart TV – perfect for your Netflix binge, and a book library. The dining room seats 6 with two additional spots at the breakfast bar.
This unit has three bedrooms – the master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. Just in case you need a little more room, the sofa is a sleeper! Each bedroom has flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, nice bedding and private balcony access.
Demere Landing Condominiums are located in a great south-island location near the village, beach, shopping, and restaurants. You will find yourself surrounded by lush landscaping situated in a peaceful and relaxing environment, complete with lagoons and a community pool (open seasonally).

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are welcome in this unit for an additional $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. (Limit 2)

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown.
