The owners have upgraded this unit with all-new appliances, a renovated kitchen and super nice bedding and decor. You won't be able to leave! The living room is spacious enough to spend time with family. The dining table can comfortably seat six people with two bar seats nearby.
The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, a ceiling fan, tv with large flat screen and en suite bathroom. The master suite has a separate sitting area. On the opposite side of the living area, you will find a guest room with a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and television. There is also a full bathroom, and a third bedroom that has adorable twin bunk beds.
Harbour Oaks, a community in a highly sought-after location, is located in a gated area just off Mallery Street. The St. Simons Island Lighthouse and Pier, Neptune Fun Zone, and unique shops, boutiques and restaurant are all within a few blocks.
Harbour Oaks Community amenities consist of a swimming-pool, tennis courts, and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully designed with lagoons.
