Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to Beach Club - Unit #303. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the coffee counter.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath – with both a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Not ready for bed? Tucked inside this spacious bedroom is a perfect spot to read a good book. The guest room has two twin-size beds and shares access to the balcony along with the master bedroom. Your balcony is on the outside of Beach Club, overlooking North Breakers.

The Beach Club on St. Simons Island is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

We spent 3 days at Beach Club in Unit #303 and have nothing but good things to say. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were an awesome place to sleep. The unit is very quiet and the balcony is a great place to relax after a day on the beach. Short walk to the pool and beach, plenty of parking. We will definitely stay at #303 on our next trip to St. Simons.
