The living room has sofa, and comfortable club chair, flat screen TV and a back door to a private patio. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably and there is ample counter space and bar stools for your morning coffee. There is a half bath located off of the foyer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. A full modernized bathroom serves both bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bedroom has updated décor. A full-sized washer and dryer are in a closet in the hallway.

The patio area has fresh, new landscaping. Courtyard Villa has a large community pool (pool is open seasonally).
