At Ocean Pearl you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house that is totally fenced in for your privacy, as well as the all new furniture and décor. The list goes on.

Chef's kitchen with gas oven and cook top is just the "setup" for the dining experience. The dining room table is the signature piece of Ocean Pearl. Hewn from a giant Ambrosia Maple tree from the North Georgia mountains, sanded and finished by the owners, it sports two live edges with seating for eight. With two more seats at the bar, you can comfortably seat 10 for any meal. The wine cooler is conveniently located in the kitchen "island". Keep your best vino at the perfect serving temperature!

After finishing dinner, you may want to retire to the cocktail pool in the courtyard area for a dip and, of course, a cocktail too! You will enjoy the tropical feel of the pool area that has a gas grill for year-round use and a gas fire pit for those cooler nights. That's not all. Watch the big game from the pool on the 50 inch HD flat screen TV. You can just about do it all from the pool courtyard. The cocktail pool can be heated for an additional fee.

When there are two big games going at the same time, the living room has a large flat screen TV, comfy sectional sofa and matching easy chairs. In the winter you'll enjoy your favorite shows with the warm glow from the fireplace. After a day spent enjoying the cooking, dining, swimming, and congregating with family and friends and it's time to call it a day, you will be in for another bedrooms.

The elegant master on the main with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, stand-alone tub and double vanity is reason enough to rent Ocean Pearl. But there are three more bedrooms upstairs. There is a king bedroom upstairs that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a queen bedroom. The king bedroom is known as the "Fish Room". One look at the pictures and you will see why. The queen bedroom is known as the "Starfish Room". Both bedrooms are uniquely appointed with flat panel TV's. The Jack and Jill connecting the two bedrooms has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 4th bedroom is for the kids. It has a unique bunk system with 1 upper bunk, two lower bunks and a trundle. With the wall mounted TV and lot of room for the kids to play this room will be a favorite.
