Harbour Oaks #312 is an upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. The third room has been converted into a dedicated office. This unit has an open living and dining room area and is the perfect place for hanging out with family after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 5. The upstairs master has a Queen bed and en suite. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite with access to the hall also. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.
