The light & airy combined living/dining area with its soft color toned furnishings, hardwood floors & many windows create a relaxing Key West cottage vacation.
A spiral staircase from the living area leads to an open loft overlooking the dining area. On one side of the house there is an outdoor dining deck complete with table & chairs and gas barbeque. On the other side is a completely fenced-in area with heat-optional salt water pool and lounge chairs.
The two bedrooms, which have tile floors and include newly renovated en-suite baths, sit at opposite sides of the house at the rear of the property. The master bedroom has a king Tempur-pedic bed and cathedral ceilings as well as a room safe in the walk-in closet. The master bath has a brand new step-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom fits in with the soothing tones of the rest of the house and gives you direct access to the pool through its double French doors. The large outdoor shower is just outside the back door.
