On the ground floor, there is a coin operated laundry room. No pets or smoking allowed in the unit.

Waves consists of 20 condos with one or two bedrooms. The complex has a gated code entry that leads to the heated courtyard swimming pool, BBQ and coin-operated laundry. The unit comes with two parking spaces (you can park one behind another). The unit is located just a 5-minute walk away from the beautiful white sand beach of St. Pete Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. St Pete Beach, a popular vacation destination known for its stunning sunsets and recently named the top beach in the country, is a great place to spend your time. There are many amenities in the area including boat rentals, bike rental, A para-sailing and stand-up paddleboards, fishing, dolphin-watch cruises, jet-skis, kayaks and almost any other water sport imaginable.
