Little Mountain Resort is a first-class resort located in the Wears Valley area. The resort offers a seasonal heated pool, three hiking trails, putt-putt, par-3 golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and fishing. Fishing equipment and sports balls are provided at the office for FREE!

At the resort, the roads are paved and wind through hilly terrain with a couple of steep areas. In snowy or icy conditions, using a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains is strongly advised.

No pets are allowed. If you are caught with a pet of any kind in the cabin, there will be a $500 charge, and you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS.

We have an automated check-in process where you will be provided with an access code to the home. However, please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

"Quiet Hours" - From 10 PM to 7 AM!....."Smoking Policy" - No smoking of any kind is allowed $500 smoking fine!....."Guest Limit" - Maximum of 6 guests total! ....."Pet Policy" - No pets allowed; a violation incurs a $500 deep cleaning fee! ....."Party Policy" - No parties permitted!....."Age Requirement" - Guests must be at least 24 years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian!..........Please do not roast marshmallows on the gas fire pit. If marshmallows fall on the rocks they will be replaced at the guest’ expense.
