Now you are all sitting on your deck, sipping iced drinks, looking out at the Atlantic Ocean. 1078 New River Inlet Road - Sun Always Rises is located in North Topsail Beach. It's an oceanfront paradise with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, as well as your own beach access. Upstairs, you will find a large, open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 3, a living room with cable TV and a dining table for 8, and a queen-sized bedroom with cable television, ceiling fan, and dual access to the bathroom. On the landing, you can also choose to have a queen sleeper couch. The total number of people that can be accommodated is 12. Downstairs, there is a queen-sized bedroom with deck access, and ocean views. There is also a dual bathroom with a bathtub over shower. The sitting room has a twin daybed and twin trundle with access to the oceanfront queen room, hallway and oceanfront deck. This is perfect for kids! On the same floor. The master suite features a queen-sized bed, a walk-in shower, and an oversized bathtub. You can also enjoy the beach and sound views from decks on either side of your house. You can even read a good book in your own sitting area. This property is pet friendly (fees may apply) and there are gated access points to the deck that keep your pets contained. You can walk to the beach and sit at the end if the walkway to watch the sunset from your private access.
