and immediate ocean access to the beach via a private walkway with built-in benches. Keyless entry.
Discover its’ features: 4 large decks with furniture (3 of which are covered), vaulted ceiling, reverse floor
plan, (kitchen, dining room and living room area on upper floor) to best enjoy the incredible colors of
the Atlantic Ocean and beach front! The kitchen is nicely equipped with extended granite countertop
breakfast bar seating for 5. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6. Each floor has its’ own individual
thermostat for your heating & air conditioning comfort.
Each bedroom has its’ own sliding patio door to their deck to enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean or
the Intracoastal Waterway!
The King Master bedroom on the second floor has a private covered deck overlooking the Sound and an
en suite bathroom. On the same floor in the living room is a Queen Sofa sleeper.
On the first floor is an additional Master, Queen Bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private
oceanfront deck/walkway access to the beach. On the same first floor is another Queen bedroom.
Adjacent to that is an additional bedroom with a Full/twin pyramid bunkbed each share a covered
deck and the 3rd full size bathroom via the hallway with full size washer/dryer.
There are flat screen TV’s in each of the 4 bedrooms and a 50” flat screen Roku smart TV in the living room. Also has 4 DVD players, Roku Express for TV entertainment and wireless internet.
After a refreshing day at the beach, enjoy the spacious enclosed 8’x 8’ outdoor shower hot/cold
water/changing room.
Parking is not an issue. This oceanfront property has a 78’x20’ level driveway, parking up to 6 with a
carport for 3 vehicles.
