This one-of-a-kind gem features doors from old Wilmington buildings. This gorgeous modern home, appropriately named The Nancy Ann is nestled amongst Topsail Island’s beloved oaks, overlooking the sparkling waters of the Topsail Sound. The Nancy Ann was built with serenity as a priority a few decades ago. The metal roof and numerous windows in the living area bring the sound into the home.

The interior design of the Nancy Ann is eclectic, with the use of old doors, sinks and tubs, decorative wood panels, furniture and dishware. The kitchen features concrete countertops, stainless-steel appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. This floor's open concept encourages family interaction and active conversation. The gorgeous wood flooring is a delight. There is a storage closet with beach chairs and beach toys on the ground floor.

The first floor has a large porch with comfortable furniture. This level includes the living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and laundry room.

Two bedrooms on the second floor have queen-sized beds and share a Jack and Jill bath. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a private bath. On the third level, you will find the spacious master suite, with its breathtaking views of Topsail Sound. There is also a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a private terrace with views that go on for miles. Enjoy the stars while having a coffee in the morning or at night. The master bedroom features a queen-sized sleep number bed. On this level there is also a private office, for guests who may need to work.

The Nancy Ann has many other smart features, including 3 HVAC systems, a tankless water heater and water softener. Three zones of speakers are available to keep your mind and spirit on vacation. Imagine yourself relaxing in your porch, patio or dock. You can expect to see a lot of wildlife. One of our favorite animals to watch is the osprey, who nests every spring/summer before heading back to Mexico at the end of the fall. The dock is ideal for fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking or swimming. Watch out for dolphins. You can see them a few days a week, if not every day (spring to fall). About 200 yards away, there is a public access to the beach. You will have plenty of room to set up your day. The privacy on the beach is always a surprise for our guests. The Nancy Ann is a great place for water play, family fun and doesn't have cable. INTERNET PROVIDED - ROKU DEVICE AVAILABLE FOR STREAMING YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS.
