The property is located in Ocean City's North End, near restaurants. It is also 1/4 mile from Northside Park (a 58-acre park with lighted sports fields, two playgrounds, nature trails and a Pier). Central air conditioning and an oceanfront balcony are some of the property's features. A full kitchen is available with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a microwave. An elevator is available and there are carts that can be used to load your car. There is an outdoor pool and one designated parking spot. Sizes of the beds: Bedroom 1 - 2 double beds Living area - Queen Sleep couch The property prohibits pets and smoking (not on the balconies or inside the unit). A $100 fine will be levied for any violation. Shoreline Properties rents to responsible adults over 25 years of age

Beautiful home away from home. Definitely was renovated. Furniture before definitely in need of a upgrade. So if you rented here before you won’t regret booking again. I’m so happy my husband and I came back. Love the new beds! Sleep sofa was very comfortable also. I love the amount of room the kitchen has to offer. The best part was the view let’s be honest though. Definitely coming back.
