With a queen bed and sofa bed there, there’s plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a slate-tiled tub/shower combo, and the king bed can be converted into two twins for added flexibility. Stay comfortable with air conditioning, and make use of the in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

As a guest at one of the Killington Center Inn & Suites condos, you’ll also have access to the outdoor swimming pool, open from Memorial Day to mid-September.   • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
  • You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
  • The outdoor pool is available from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
  • Winter weather conditions are unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We suggest obtaining travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances, and we recommend using all-wheel drive and winter tires for safer travel.
  • Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
  • Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
