There is also a convenient shuttle service that you can use to get to the slopes. The condo is also close to Pico Mountain, perfect for family-friendly skiing.

• To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We may utilize Minut, a noise monitoring device that respects your privacy while helping manage sound levels. Please reach out with any questions, your comfort is important to us.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is available for use from 8 AM to 8 PM during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
• Winter weather conditions are unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.
• Important Water Information: The building’s regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
