- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- The outdoor pool is open from 8 AM to 8 PM during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
- Winter weather can be unpredictable, and we do not offer weather related refunds. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for any unexpected circumstances and recommend all-wheel drive and winter tires.
- Important Water Information: The building’s regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
