It has some outdoor furniture and leads to a separate bedroom annex.

SEPARATE ANNEX:

The annex is connected by a breezeway and has vinyl floors throughout: 2 bedrooms (each with Twins), bathroom (tub) and shower.

Laughing Place, like many of the Southern Shores rental houses, is located in a quiet residential area but is close to many of the area's most popular attractions such as Currituck Lighthouse and Wright Brothers' Memorial. The 9th Avenue location places you near Hillcrest beach access, where a stationary lifeguard will be on duty during the summer months. It is a short bike ride to the Town of Duck, where you can shop, do watersports, or just enjoy the Currituck Sound boardwalk.
