Property Description
The top level has a large wraparound deck with unobstructed views of the ocean. This level is a great place to gather with family, as the living room opens up to the porch. The kitchen and dining area are also open. This level also includes a powder bathroom. The kitchen features double ovens, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and Keurig coffeemaker. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. You will be greeted with sweeping ocean views as you step onto the wraparound porch. The suite features a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and a large bathroom. The Flamingo Room features a queen-sized mattress and a TV with WIFI. The bathroom in the Flamingo Room is a shared hall bath, with a bathtub. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle and a full bathroom. The ground floor includes a garage, bunkroom, and the 5th bedroom. The bunkroom has two bunk beds and trundles for a total of six beds. The bunkroom is equipped with a foosball table and opens to a covered patio at the ground floor, which has an outdoor shower. This is perfect for washing the sand off after a day on the beach. This level also has a small kitchenette, a sink, a microwave, games and towels. The fifth bedroom features a queen-size mattress. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a beautiful shower. The garage can be used as a game room with a ping pong table, beach wagons and beach toys. There are also chairs, a gas barbecue, and frisbees. The access is less than one (1) block away. This home is close to restaurants, shopping and downtown St Augustine, which is less than 15 minutes away. The pet fee is listed below.
