RESORT & AREA</div>

<div style="margin-left: 40px;">Bring the whole crew to Waters Edge Resort for the ultimate family getaway!  Located on the famous Emerald Coast, our resort sits on some of the softest, whitest sand in North America - perfect for little sandcastle builders and crystal-clear wading.

We’ve made beach days easy for parents with user-friendly access that features minimal stairs and a dedicated rinse station to keep the sand outside. When you aren't at the shore, the kids can splash in our two sparkling pools (one is even heated from October through March) while you fire up the grill in our spacious tropical gardens.  You’re also just minutes away from Okaloosa Island’s best family fun. Take a short trip to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park to see the dolphins, catch a sunset at the Okaloosa Island Pier, or let the kids run wild at Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone. With the kid-friendly dining and shops of The Boardwalk right nearby, everything you need for a stress-free vacation is right at your fingertips.

Parking:   Skip the hassle of searching for a spot or worrying about the Florida sun. We provide ample covered parking in our multi-level garage with a direct access to the first, third, and fourth floors.  Up to 3 parking spaces are available for this unit.

Food:   Keeping the vacation pantry stocked is a breeze. A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.

Beach Service:  One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31.  The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive.  You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful.  Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival.  Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.  </div>

Water Edge 310 was absolutely perfect for 2 little girls, Mom and Grandma! It has a perfect view from the deck of the beach and pool. The short walk to the beach was easy, even for the 78 year old. Two elevators so we didn't have to wait. The pools were large so they weren't crowded. It was so nice to shower off on the boardwalk after the beach, then go to the pool. We really appreciated seeing a guy clean the pool every morning. The condo was clean and furnished nice. We love Okaloossa Island and the pier!</div>
