With only 24 units, the property offers a peaceful alternative to the high-rise hotels typical of Fort Walton Beach. Guests enjoy direct access to a private stretch of the Emerald Coast&rsquo;s signature white sands and emerald waters, complemented by a beachside pool and direct views that overlook the ocean and beach. &nbsp;The pool is fenced and gated for privacy and security, and there is a grill area for cooking your favorite holiday meal. &nbsp;The resort&rsquo;s prime location is just minutes from family favorites like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, where you can catch local events and fireworks. &nbsp;All of Destin&#39;s famous attractions are within only a few minutes&#39; drive.<br />

For full grocery hauls, you&rsquo;re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.&nbsp; Dining options near the resort include The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. For a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby&rsquo;s Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. &nbsp;Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp. &nbsp;<br />

<strong>Beach Service:</strong> &nbsp;One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. &nbsp;The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. &nbsp;You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. &nbsp;Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. &nbsp;Private chairs and canopies up to 10&#39;x10&#39; are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.&nbsp;<br />
