Harborfest 2014 will commemorate the bicentennial of the “Battle of Fort Oswego” which was a part of the War of 1812 which was fought in May of 1814 on the shores and in the harbor of Oswego. Keeping the focus on the harbor for the festival, Executive Director Steve Fulton, has already received commitments from several tall ships to be an integral part of the 27th Harborfest in 2014.
