The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access.

All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats.

Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north.
