This property was perfect for our group of two couples during Christmas and New Years. Very close to all attractions and shopping. Beach also close by. The best part was the feeling of seclusion. The property is like your own little tropical getaway. Perfection in the back yard for sitting, swimming and cooking out. Description of this property is spot on. We definitely would consider coming back for a stay.

We took my 90 year old father for his birthday here. It was beautifully appointed inside and out. There were separate air conditioners in each bedroom so he could keep his on low and ours on high. The air conditioner unit in the living room didn’t work quite as well as it was a little warm but nothing we couldn’t live with. It’s clear that the owners put a lot of thought, artistic talent and effort into the decor and the kitchen as well. Super cute appliances and completely furnished with everything we could ever need. Excellent outside area, plenty of space and well-maintained pool. Super private and quiet. We rented a golf cart and that was perfect for us to get from there to anywhere on the island. I did see from another review a small complaint about no soap in the bathrooms, I thought that was a little silly but actually we didn’t have any either. Would have loved to have some small soaps and shampoo, etc. but it’s a small thing. Very clean, no bugs ( My wife is a bug phobe!). Highly recommend, would be thrilled to go back again anytime!

House and backyard were better than the pictures. House was super clean and the rental staff was quick on anything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and kitchen and grilled allowed us to bring some home cooking to our stay. Great neighborhood and very quiet. Convenient to all of the activities we took advantage of. Look forward to returning.

Overall, we loved our stay at Havana Lane. The house and grounds were lovely and perfect for our party of four. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals at the property and we enjoyed the pool and deck area every day of our stay. The complimentary bottle of champagne on our arrival was a nice touch. No assigned parking was a bit of a downside for us. Also, the hand soap bottles in both bathrooms were completely empty, as was the propane tank for the grill. Took two phone calls to get this addressed. Given the premium price paid for this rental, the lack of attention to these details was a bit disappointing, but not enough to discourage us from renting this property in the future. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This cottage and it’s beautifully landscaped yard is just amazing. It’s a peaceful, quiet spot in Key West, which was a relaxing place to come back to each night. We actually had to make ourselves get out and about each day and also chose to eat dinner in most nights. We didn’t want to leave!
