This home offers tons of space, 2 king main suites with patio access, an almost endless view of a magnificent western exposure facing canal guaranteeing amazing sunsets, but still being close to great conveniences. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. You are also about 15 min. away from Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.<br />
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.<br />
Castaway Cape features beautiful airy d&eacute;cor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with three King size bedrooms and one Queen bedroom.<br />
This new home offers a split floor plan with three of the four bedrooms being on the right side of the home sharing a bathroom and the main king bedroom taking the left wing of the home, split in the middle by the living space, kitchen, and dining.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and high-top table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.<br />
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.&nbsp;<br />
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious waterfall island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.<br />
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.<br />

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, water lounge chaises and the possibility of cooking in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ station, or just watching amazing sunsets from your western facing pool deck. The lounge area invites you to relax, read or just have a good conversation while maybe watching the game.<br />
There is an outdoor kitchen available, although the built in BBQ is locked up for owner use only** a separate stand alone BBQ is provided for our guests.<br />
There is a seawall, great for hanging out or for canal fishing.<br />
The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler.<br />
