As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers lots of space, four bedrooms with two full bathroom, the oversize pool area offers lounge chairs, outdoor bar great for entertainment as well as a very large outdoor TV, dining setting and amazing water views, guaranteeing entertainment with the wildlife but still being in the center of great conveniences. This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.<br />

Dream View features beautiful airy d&eacute;cor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a kids room with bunk beds.<br />
The split floor plan has 3 bedrooms located on the right side of the home sharing a full hallway bathroom. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom as well as direct access to the lanai.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.<br />
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.&nbsp;<br />
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.<br />

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for our guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the outdoor bar with a huge oversized TV, or just relaxing on the sun ledge. You can fish right off the sea wall or just watch the active Florida wild life.<br />
