The four bedrooms and den with sleeper couch are fitting for an extended family with two king-size beds, one queen bedroom as well as a bedroom with two twin beds.<br />
Villa Malibu can fit up to 9 guests very comfortably with this convenient set up.<br />
Your entry into the home sets the tone of a fantastic vacation vibe with a formal dining room that features a grandeur view of the pool and canal.<br />
The designated office and main bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom are reachable from that location.<br />

Villa Malibu features the kitchen and living room as the center of the home as well as additional seating by the bar.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.<br />
The garage is accessible to our guests, however, keep in mind that one side is used as storage for the owners car.<br />
