Manatee Cove is a cozy three bedroom and two full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. Centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping close to Surfside. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place. 
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport. 
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. 
Manatee Cove features unique décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bedroom in addition to two queen size bedrooms. 
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this set up. 
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. 
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise. The living room features 2 reclining chairs as well as a couch that reclines for comfortable TV watching. 
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. 
From the fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations on the island which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment. 
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. 
 
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surrounding.
