It has everything to make this the ideal spot for an early morning coffee or a late night beverage, while watching the sun set over the glistening canal. 
 
Prepare to be impressed as you enter this waterfront villa, introducing a beautiful open concept design highlighted with high multi-height ceilings and a magnificent view of the desirable outdoor space through the retractable door. This home offers a spacious living area, a fully-furnished kitchen and a multi purpose den with both a desk and a queen pullout sofa. The floor plan of this home allows for easy central entertaining and a split bedroom design. You will find a private master bedroom with a king size bed, En-Suite & walk in closet on one end of the house with access to the screened in lanai and pool area.
