This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral as well as Crystal Lake Park. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 50 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. You are also about 15 min. away from Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.<br />

Salty Shores Retreat features beautiful airy d&eacute;cor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one King size bedroom and three Queen bedroom.<br />
This new home offers a split floor plan with three of the four bedrooms being on the left side of the home sharing two bathrooms and the main king bedroom taking the right wing of the home, split in the middle by the living space, kitchen, and dining.<br />
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.<br />
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.<br />
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large center island offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.<br />
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.&nbsp;<br />
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.<br />

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, relaxing and watching TV on the outdoor couch, swimming in the heated pool, or the possibility of cooking some delicious steaks on the BBQ. You can watch the wildlife in the canal or take a quick trip over to Crystal Lake Park. The lounge area invites you to relax, read or just have a good conversation while maybe watching the game on the outdoor TV while enjoying the gas fire pit.<br />
There is a seawall as well as a boat dock and lift great for hanging out or for canal fishing.<br />
The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler.<br />
