On the lower level of this house is an additional living space furnished with TV/DVD/VCR (all TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV). This floor has a King Master Suite w/shower in the bathroom. There is an outside entrance on this level easily accessible from the parking area where you’ll also find the enclosed outdoor shower.

On the top floor of this house you will find another King Master Suite and two additional bedrooms one furnished with a Queen bed, the second furnished with two twin beds(changing to Q winter 2020) that share a full bath.

Sea Watch 285 is located 2/10th of a mile from the Sea Watch Community Private Beach access which includes a private walkway with oceanfront gazebo, Tiki Bar, bathrooms & a shower facility exclusively for Sea Watch guests.
