This luxury rental home on Siesta Key pays homage to the late, great Jimmy Buffet and the theme behind his music - paradise, good vibes, and of course great cocktails with better friends! This home offers 4,100 square feet of interior living space, over 3,600 square feet of outdoor covered patios, balconies, and entertainment space, and a beautiful lagoon shaped resort style pool including an 8-person spa, waterslide, beach entry, large sun shelves, and a sand volleyball court! The outdoor living space includes a tiki bar, 2-large smart TV’s, natural gas BBQ, multiple dining and lounging options with seating for up to 20 people, all with Sabal Lake and garden views. Sabal lake is fed directly from Sarasota Bay offering a peaceful wildlife estuary full of mangroves, birds, and fish for you to enjoy. This vacation paradise is conveniently located within 1-2 blocks from the Beach (Beach Access 12) and South Siesta Village. Between the home itself, and the location and amenity package it offers, this luxury rental is set up for the ultimate vacation experience!

Once inside the home, you’ll immediately notice the elevator with service to all floors, the open and spacious feel, and the beautiful interior design throughout. The great room contains the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, large living area, and well-appointed dining area. It also offers a club room as a secondary living room and entertaining space. There are 7 bedrooms (6 king suites + 1 bunk room) and 7.5 Baths throughout the home that comfortably sleep 19 people in beds. This home also offers a dedicated workspace, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, Nintendo and PlayStation gaming systems, smart TVs in every room, free parking, and plenty more included amenities and beach equipment.

Ground Level:

Features 6 free parking spaces (2 covered + 4 in the driveway), as well as the pool area, covered patio with tiki bar, dining seating for 20, 2 Large HDTV’s, BBQ Gas Grill, Sand Volleyball Court, and the main entrance with elevator and stair access to the home's main living space above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features the great room with a large kitchen, dining area with seating for 16 (10 dining + 6 island bar top), and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating. There are also 2 balconies on this level, the front Balcony offers seating for 2, and the rear balcony offers a second dining/living space that overlooks the pool and lake. This living level features 3 of the homes 7 bedrooms including the Master Bedroom. The Master features a King Bed with a walk-in closet, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a large walk-in shower offering dual shower heads and a free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 1-2 both feature king beds, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Also located on this floor is a ½ bath and laundry room.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor)

This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms and club room. Bedrooms 3-5 feature king beds, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 6 features 2-sets of custom-built ‘king over king’ bunk beds, seating, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub! There are also 2 balconies on this level, the front Balcony offers seating for 2, and the rear balcony offers an additional lounging space. Also located on this floor is a shared ½ Bath.

Our preferred vendors recommend most services be reserved in advance. After you have made your reservation, feel free to inquire with us on how you can secure your spot for these items. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services and priority status.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Maximum of 6 Cars: 2-car covered parking, and 4 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota County.
