"We loved this property. Great location. 5 minute walk from the beach. The house included six beach chairs, towels for all 17 guests, coolers, and wagons. Restaurants and shops were also less than 5 minutes walking distance. The kitchen space was enormous. The bedrooms were all very nice. The pool was one of a kind. Half covered and half in the sun. The basketball pool hoop was a great addition. The waterslide was a lot of fun. Multiple outdoor decks/balconies were utilized for outdoor dinner and hangouts. Excellent overall experience and would definitely come back.

"This house is absolutely amazing. It is just as beautiful in person as the photos. You can literally walk out of your house walk across the street and be at the famous daiquiri deck. Walk out of your house make a left and you are immediately at Captain Kurt’s famous for their claim chowder-no matter how hot the weather it is a must try-I promise you will not regret it! It is maybe at best a 3 min walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs coolers, wagons, and beach towels-18. I can’t say enough about this home and stay. Plenty of towels in the house which is a must for our family-however we only had 11ppl and 5 out of the 11 only stayed a couple days so we were able to utilize their towels before and after their stay. They have 2 washing machines, 2 dryers which is everything when your on a 8 day stay. The one washer was broke but that was so minor-to us. I know if we would have called about it, it would have been addressed immediately. We had their cleaning service come in mid-stay to freshen up the linens and do the floors. This house truly made my son‘s senior year spring break the most magical moment probably in his life thus far. It is great for entertaining. EVERYONE will love the slide-promise! The control panel for the pool is accessible and easy to use, we had an issue one day with the temperature and it was IMMEDIATELY addressed. They do have noise sensors but they allow several alerts to let you know you are reaching peak volume-that is only an issue after a certain time. They were very understanding with our noise volume considering it was spring break and our whole street was filled with families with tons of kids that were celebrating their special senior year trip also! I can not say enough about this home, its space, the management, the prompt time responses, the extra amenities they can provide, and the cleanliness is above and beyond! The memories we made were so worth the money!

"We had a great stay. Mimi was incredible and the whole staff was amazing. Helpful and very quick to respond for anything. The home had a couple little things to address but they couldn't have responded faster. Making our stay wonderful. If you are looking for a guaranteed smooth stay and vacation then this is the company to use. They are a bit pricey but in the long run worth the money. "Communication before our vacation was professional and friendly. Especially helpful was the handbook they sent a few days before our vacation started. Arrival and check-in was smooth and easy. My party was running late so my friends did the check-in. They said the initial tour was friendly and well put together. I liked that the host was super easy to deal with our travel difficulties with no issue and a friendly disposition. When we finally arrived the house was….WOW. Everything was spotless. The house was immaculate and gorgeous. It’s located right in the middle of everything on that part of Siesta Key. Still, the house felt very private and the backyard pool and waterslides really made us feel like we were at a private resort. The house is beautifully finished and well built. The builders clearly cared for quality materials and craftsmanship, which is often sadly missing in Florida. Altogether everything was perfect and our stay was AMAZING. Thanks Vunique!

"We recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Not only was the place extremely clean and well-maintained, but the attention to every detail was outstanding. The pool area was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future!

"My family and I just spent a wonderful week at the Deep Blue Sea location on Siesta Key. The house was extremely well appointed, and no detail was left to chance. The Vunique Vacations staff was extremely professional, and our expectations were more than exceeded in every area. This is THE most professional travel company I have ever worked with, and I look forward to booking my next trip to the Gulf Coast through them!

"Best stay ever. Wonderful staff. Wonderful home. Close to everything. They thought of everything from beach chairs to cornhole to bocce ball. Responsive to any questions within minutes. I would come back here 20 times. Worth every penny and housed our family of 17 with ease. We were celebrating a 70th bday with kids as young as 1 year. Worked for everyone! Thank you so much!

"I wish there was more room than 1000 characters. I’d write a book about this place. Our family of 18 and 2 babies fit in the space perfectly. From the check in to the check out, Mimi was an amazing host. The location was perfection! The beach access that was a very short walk was amazing! This house exceeded our expectations in every single way! The pool and slide were where we spent most of our time while at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very high end. The bathrooms were spacious and we loved every room having its own. The elevator was a great feature for elderly as well as bringing luggage and groceries in. 5 refrigerators & multiple ice makers were a great bonus. The outdoor seating was amazing! Cooking in the kitchen as well as dining space was perfection. The roof top has amazing views! Our family made so many amazing memories & this has set the bar so high for our future visits. We plan on only staying at Vunique Properties in the future!! 10/10!
